1440 Foods Protein Bar & Powder Lines

This $14.35 million renovation project for 1440 Foods involved transforming 200,000 sq. ft. of an existing facility to support new production lines for protein bars and powdered supplements. The upgraded space includes two complete bar production lines and one powder mixing line, designed to enhance throughput and product variety.

The bar lines feature bulk liquid ingredient tanks, dedicated mixing rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and automated bar forming and packaging systems. Additional scope includes a packaging assembly area for variety packs, making use of existing racking and conveyors. Utility upgrades, covering electrical, compressed air, HVAC, and water systems, ensure the facility is equipped to support efficient, high-capacity production in a modern food manufacturing environment.
