Bekins Warehouse Facilities - Multiple Locations

Over the span of eight years, we designed and built more than 1 million sq. ft. of warehouse space across eight separate projects for Bekins. These facilities were completed in locations including Detroit, South Carolina, Sioux City, and Le Mars, Iowa. Each project followed a fast-track delivery model, with our team actively participating in the design process to ensure efficient construction and long-term functionality.

In addition to the warehouse developments, we also constructed Bekins’ corporate office, an integrated design recommendation that ultimately reduced costs for the client. This long-term partnership reflects our commitment to smart solutions, cost savings, and client success across multiple markets.
