Boyce Park Development

This project consisted of multi-phase infrastructure and paving work supporting the Boyce Park Development, a growing commercial and multifamily district located between Maple Avenue, Marion Road, Madison Street, and Terry Avenue in northwest Sioux Falls.

Black-Top Paving managed the entire development process, from coordinating with subcontractors to delivering all paving and surface infrastructure with our in-house crews. Our self-performed work included site grading, roadway construction, base course placement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and asphalt paving. Additional improvements across the site included underground utility installation, stormwater systems, and other civil infrastructure necessary to support new businesses and residential projects.

With the completion of Phase 3, Boyce Park will support long-term growth in one of Sioux Falls’ most active development corridors.
