Brandon Lift Station

Brandon Lift Station

This $2.64 million project was built to improve the wastewater infrastructure and support future growth of the City of Brandon. The scope of work included an 18-inch-thick reinforced concrete slab with embedded water stop, 16-inch-thick reinforced walls, equipment furnishing and installation, and full integration of mechanical systems.

One of the most complex aspects of the project involved dewatering efforts, as the bottom slab was placed 28 feet below grade and approximately seven feet beneath the water table. Through strategic water control and careful coordination of structural elements, including water stop installation, reinforcement, and concrete work, the project team delivered a durable, high-performing pump station that will serve the Brandon community for years to come.
