Highway 115 Crack Seal
Doing this project will make the roadways safer and last longer for the community. Black-Top Paving is working in rural communities as well as on the State interstates. They have 5 different locations of this project (SD34, SD115, 190, SD11 and SD44), and will use about 42,000 lbs of crack sealing. Our team is crack sealing the roads and shoulders on some of the areas.
