JBS, USA Activated Sludge & Wastewater Clarifier Upgrades

This project is an expansion and modernization of JBS, USA’s wastewater treatment infrastructure through upgrades to the clarifier system and the renovation of Anaerobic Lagoon #1. The scope includes construction of a new aeration basin influent splitter structure, a final clarifier influent splitter structure, a new final clarifier, and a sludge handling system to improve overall treatment efficiency and reliability. Value engineering and design optimization efforts will result in significant electrical cost savings and schedule improvements. Early coordination workshops and stakeholder engagement are in place to streamline decision-making, minimize material waste, and ensure all equipment meets capacity and performance requirements. In addition, the project team will support the client with technical input on ongoing wastewater management challenges and provide recommendations to strengthen long-term operational performance.
