JBS USA Harvest and Fab Welfare

This $7 million project for JBS USA focused on improving employee welfare spaces through a combination of renovation and expansion at their Tolleson, Arizona facility. The work included extensive upgrades to both the Harvest and Fab welfare areas to enhance comfort, functionality, and support for plant personnel.

The Fab Welfare scope covered approximately 16,000 sq. ft. of demolition and remodeling, including new restrooms, locker rooms, break areas, and office space. The Harvest Welfare portion included similar upgrades across roughly 15,000 sq. ft., along with a new 5,700 sq. ft. expansion to house additional offices. Together, these improvements provide a safer, more modern environment that reflects JBS’s commitment to its workforce.
