Member's Cut Meat Shop

Completed in January 2025, the $5.64 million Member’s Cut Meat Shop was developed for Farmers Cooperative Society to bring high-quality, locally sourced meat processing and retail to Sioux Center, Iowa. The 6,000 sq. ft. facility includes Freon-refrigerated cold and freezer storage, a smokehouse, commercial kitchen, meat fabrication and packaging areas, and a sanitation system to support full-scale operations.

Additional features include loading docks, office spaces, utility systems, and retail display areas, along with convenient on-site parking. Designed to support both back-of-house production and front-of-house retail, the project delivers a fully integrated, modern meat shop experience for the local community.
