Missouri River Energy Services Expansion

The Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) project consists of a $9 million expansion to their existing facility in Sioux Falls. This one-story addition is designed with a clerestory roofline to bring in natural light and create an open, collaborative environment. The new space will feature offices, conference rooms, cubicles, a large training room, and a break room with a full kitchen—enhancing functionality for both day-to-day operations and team development. This expansion supports MRES’s continued growth and their commitment to delivering essential energy services to the region. By creating space for a growing workforce, the project strengthens MRES’s ability to serve communities reliably and efficiently into the future.
