Ophthalmology LTD Addition and Renovation

This $6.55 million project expands and modernizes Ophthalmology LTD by improving patient flow and significantly enhancing surgical capacity. With both a 9,000 sq. ft. addition and 8,500 sq. ft. renovation, this project introduces new surgical suites along with a dedicated pre- and post-operative recovery area. Blending advanced medical infrastructure (was this word in the PMT?) with thoughtful architectural features, the project is being carefully delivered within an active healthcare setting to maintain ongoing operations. The result will be increased capacity and a modernized care environment that strengthens Ophthalmology LTD’s role as a leader in vision care for the Sioux Falls community.
