Planterra Plant-Based Meat Processing Plant

This $8.49 million project transformed an existing facility into a modern, plant-based meat processing plant for Planterra in Denver, Colorado. The 70,000 sq. ft. remodel, completed in March 2022, included architectural and structural upgrades to walls and floors, along with the installation of new utilities, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.

The facility was outfitted with specialized process equipment to support the production of plant-based food products, aligning with the client’s mission of delivering sustainable protein alternatives. The renovation enhanced both functionality and efficiency, resulting in a high-performance food processing environment ready to support growing demand in the plant-based market.
