Sacred Heart Monastery

This $29 million, 68,000 sq. ft. project expands and modernizes the Sacred Heart Monastery campus with new living quarters and community spaces designed to enhance daily life for its residents. The new two-story facility will include dining areas, a bakery, a library, a chapel, and other shared spaces, while also providing modern residential accommodations. The addition will be connected to the existing administration building at both levels, creating a seamless integration between new and existing spaces. Exterior finishes of asphalt shingles, stone masonry, siding, and storefront glazing will provide a timeless, durable design. Together, these updates will support the monastery’s long-term mission while creating a welcoming and functional environment for its community.
