This exciting project features the renovation of an existing building into a new, state-of-the-art learning space for South Dakota State University’s Nursing and Pharmacy programs. Located on Minnesota and 33rd Street, this 45,000-square-foot, single-story building includes a mechanical mezzanine and consists of comprehensive upgrades to the interior, exterior, roof, and parking lot. The revitalized space will house high-tech simulation labs, modern classrooms, and dedicated support offices for faculty and staff. This renovation will provide students with hands-on, real-world training in a dynamic learning environment. A $15 million investment, this project supports the continued growth of SDSU’s healthcare programs and enhances their ability to educate and prepare the next generation of nursing and pharmacy professionals who will serve communities across the region.
