The Switchyard

The Switchyard is a multi-phase, mixed-use development located on a former rail yard property in downtown Sioux Falls. The project includes a five-story, 60,000+ sq. ft. office building, two residential buildings totaling approximately 270 apartments, and a parking garage. Located along 8th Street near the River Greenway, the development will introduce new housing, commercial space, and employment opportunities while creating an active, pedestrian-friendly destination that supports the continued growth of downtown Sioux Falls.
