The Avera East-Side Family Health Center, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is an 86,400 square foot Emergency Department & Healthcare Clinic. This three story building will have an emergency department featuring trauma and treatment rooms along with multiple floors of healthcare clinic and office space. The building structural shell consists of structural steel, composite floor slabs and precast elevator & stairway shafts. Highlighting the building exterior architectural elements will be aluminum curtain walls, composite metal panels, stone, and brick.
