City of Sioux Falls - Park and Parking Lot Improvements

The focus of this project is to improvement parking and parking lots at various Sioux Falls parks.

City of Tea

The main roadway connecting Heritage Parkway to the schools on the West side of town were deteriorating and starting to show serious potholes and cracking. This project repaired those areas, allowing for smoother and safer transportation for families to and from school on one of the busiest roads in Tea.

Mydland Estates

The Mydland Estates project enables better traffic throughout the Harrisburg community and allows for more housing to enter the area. 7,500 feet of curb and gutter with miscellaneous concrete such as fillets, valley gutters, pavement, and sidewalks were installed.

Central Bank Parking Lot

This new parking lot will enable Central Bank customers to have a smooth trip to the bank for all their financial needs.

Residents of Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas can explore the great outdoors on the new bike trails in downtown Sioux Falls. Located throughout Falls Park and Kiwanis Avenue, this 40,000 square foot trail offers a new sense of adventure.

Avera East Family Health Center

This state-of-the-art Avera facility will bring a 24/7 Emergency department as well as imaging, lab, and family medicine to the fast growing East side of Sioux Falls.

University Center

This project is a 50,000 square foot new classroom building on the University Center campus in Northwest Sioux Falls, and the building houses administration spaces, 14 new classrooms, and labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Microbiology.

57th St received a very much needed mill and overlay to improve the quality of the ride of the road. The road was in very poor condition prior to these street improvements.
