Madison City Administration Building

The project consists of a two story, 33,805 SF building. The main structure consists of a mostly precast building envelope with structural steel and CMU infill. This building will serve the City of Madison as its new administration building and Police Department.

This new building is going to house many different municipal departments for the City of Madison, which include the Police, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Administrative departments, along with the Mayor's Office and Commission Room. This project is going to provide a much-needed upgrade to these unit's amenities and allow everyone to operate under one roof.
