Great Plains East-NSU Residence Hall

This project consists of two new resident hall buildings and a parking lot on the Northern State University Campus in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Each building is three stories high with a convenience store attached to 2E. This addition to the Northern State University adds 299 beds to the campus while improving quality of life for all students. The project schedule was designed to meet the needs of students and staff and was completed in the Fall of 2018. Construction was phased to accommodate construction of 2E and demolition of Lindberg Hall at the same time followed seamlessly by construction of 2W. Demolition of Jerde Hall followed construction of the buildings from July 2018- October 2018.
