Pennington County Courthouse Addition
This project included the addition of a new main entrance and remodel of the Pennington County Courthouse and Annex. Construction included micro pile soil stabilization, structural concrete foundations, structural steel frame, and precast exterior skin. Due to limited space restrictions and high security requirements intricate phasing and constant communication was required to successfully complete this high profile project. Specific attention was required during court proceedings in order to eliminate any construction related disturbances.
